Optional Electronic Proofer Control

For the worry "free" operator, Doyon's "RH" electronic control , lets you set the proofer to consistent and accurate heat and humidity percentage everytime (showing temperature, relative humidity or time on the same control).
Unlike a manual control, once you get to your humidity setting, this control will automatically mix the right amount of moisture in the proofer cabinet without overdrowning or underhumidifying your products.
No dials to adjust. The RH control helps you set it and forget it. A 12 hour integrated reminder timer is standard with this deluxe control allowing inexperienced staff to produce quality products virtually training free.

TEMPERATURE (AIR HEAT)
Temperature settings can be set between 32°F (0°C) and 120°F (48°C) at 1 degree intervals (whether °F or °C).
RELATIVE HUMIDITY (%RH)
Relative Humidity can be set between 0 and 100%, in 5% increments.
TIME
Maximum programmable time is 11 hours and 59 minutes.
Time is displayed in the standard HH:MM format. Second precision for time setting is not required. During the proofing cycle, time is displayed as HH:MM; however, in the last 10 minutes of the proofing cycle, MM:SS are displayed.
